Rock Crushing

We recognized several years ago that we needed to control our rock sources in the Powder River Basin to be able to bring our clients the level of service they needed.  We developed several gravel/scoria pits and currently have three portable rock crushing spreads to meet your needs.  The equipment includes:

  • Cobra 1100 crushing unit with a track mounted jaw feeding a Cedar Rapids MVP 280 cone crusher, 500 tons of material per hour.
  • Metso/Nordberg NW105 crushing unit with a jaw crusher feeding a Metso/Nordberg HP300 cone crusher, 600 tons of material per hour. 
  • CEC Impact Crusher with a belt scale and a 36”x100’ radial stacker. 
  • Necessary support equipment including D8R Cat Dozer, wa500 Komatsu Front End Loader, D115 Komatsu Dozer, a Kawasaki 952 Front End Loader, a 440 Case Skid Steer Loader and additional conveyors and stackers
