Phase 1 – Hettinger started with a sandblasting crew and a small number of welders. As the project progressed, BE&K subcontracted more and more work because of their inability to source local trades. Hettinger provided all the electrical and instrumentation services. Hettinger re-wired and re-tubed the entire plant.

Phase 2 - Hettinger companies performed all aspects of construction including mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation. At the peak Hettinger had over 400 employees on the project.
