Brandon Stephens Joins Hettinger as Director of Business Development

Lakewood, Colo. – Hettinger, LLC, one of the largest construction service and pipeline companies in the Rocky Mountain region serving the oil and gas, mining and utility industries, has hired Brandon Stephens as director of business development. In this role, he will spearhead various corporate business development and marketing initiatives.

In 2003, Stephens graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He was a three-year letterman on the BYU football team, and in 2004, Stephens was signed as a free agent offensive tackle by the St. Louis Rams. Following a brief stint in the NFL, he continued his education at Colorado State University earning his master’s in business administration in 2008.
Prior to joining Hettinger, Stephens was a regional manager at EnerCrest where he led a team of 156 employees to record safety, revenue and profitability achievements. He also had a distinguished career as a senior project manager for Pulte, earning employee of the year honors in 2006.
Hettinger has an operational presence in Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, and Utah, including a 56,000-square-foot facility in Berthoud, Colo.; a 30,000-square-foot facility in Gillette, Wyo.; recently opened offices in the Haynesville field in Louisiana; and the Marcellus in Pennsylvania. The company provides design and project management, engineering and construction services for its customers, principally in mining, utilities, oil and natural gas midstream and upstream markets.
